Audiology and Hearing Conservation

Audiology diagnostic services and the Hearing Conservation occupational surveillance are two separate clinics in different locations, with different services offered.

Hearing Conservation Services (NAS2 FLC, Occupational Health, 2nd deck)

  • Annual hearing screenings – walk-in M – F (SECNAV 5100 Form is required)
  • Follow-up audiograms/screening
  • Separation/retirement audiograms
  • Hearing protection education, sizing, fitting; hearing protection fit testing (HPFT)
  • Hearing conservation education and outreach, annual training briefings
  • Hearing conservation program management assistance, metric tracking/MRRS reports

Audiology Diagnostic Services (NAS1 EDIS Bldg 272)

  • Diagnostic hearing tests
  • Tinnitus evaluation and treatment
  • Aural rehabilitation/hearing aid services
  • Retiree At Cost Hearing Aid Program (RACHAP) services

Wednesdays: 0745 – 1200
*Closed on weekends and all federal holidays
