Mission: Welcome to Naval Hospital Sigonella Medical Home Port!  

Our outstanding team includes Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, and Pediatric physicians. We are also fortunate to have a Behavioral Health counselor on the team who can see anyone with no referral needed. Our goal is to offer high quality, patient centered, and readily available care to the Sigonella Community by promoting the health and wellness of our patients. We strive to provide continuity of care and preventive health in support of this mission.  

To schedule an appointment with your PCM, simply call our appointment line or schedule online via TRICAREonline.com.  
Should you require care by a specialist, your PCM will place a consult with the specialist.  

If we do not have the specialist you need on staff here at Sigonella, your treatment options could include:
- Referral to a network specialist here in Sicily
- Telehealthcare via video chat with an American military specialist at another MTF (facilitated by our clinic)
- Medevac to Landstuhl or the States   If you need any assistance in coordinating your care or referrals, you can contact our Referral Manager at 095-56-4756.
